What Luno Does

Luno provides guided breathing timers, curated affirmations, daily reflection content, local progress, and privacy-first settings.

No Account Required

Luno does not require sign-in. If you delete the app, local app data may be removed by iOS.

Notifications and Live Activities

Live Activity support is used for active breathing sessions when the device and system settings allow it. If Live Activities are disabled in iOS settings, the in-app breathing timer still works.
